From start to finish we had an easy transition What made it even better was waking up every morning and opening the curtains and seeing the ocean view from the comfort of the bed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much, a min walk to the pool and the Beach was a hop skip and a jump. Overall we enjoyed our time at the villa will definitely stay there again.

We recently spent five nights in this rental and we would stay here again. The location was superb and just as described- steps from the beach. We never turned the a/c on as the constant wind off the ocean kept us extremely comfortable day and night. The extras are much appreciated like the camp chairs, beach umbrella, laundry detergent and case of water. The beach was almost uninhabited and quite clean, there was a decent amount of seaweed (sargassum) but there was absolutely no odor. There was reading material in the condo that explained the importance of this sea grass remaining on the beach for erosion prevention and protection of sea turtle nests. There was a roped off turtle egg nest right in front of the condo! The community pool was across the street, clean and comfortable but the attendant was not particularly welcoming. The palmas complex is VAST! The plaza has several excellent restaurants. Walmart was a short drive away - we highly recommend the food truck plaza just down the street for some tasty local food! We were disappointed that the three windows in the living room cannot be opened likely from sea spray corrosion. Not that we needed it, but we also could not get the steam function in the shower to work. Please be aware that the second “bedroom” is nothing of the sort, it is a utility/laundry room with a futon. There are two futons in the living room, so you could sleep 4 if needed. The condo has on-demand hot water heater that takes some getting used to as the water keeps getting hotter the longer you use it.

The location of this property is right on the water! You can’t get any closer in Palmas Del Mar! The place was clean and had everything available you would want…water bottles in fridge, umbrella, beach chairs and umbrella, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap and dryer sheets, lanterns….the bed was extremely comfortable and even w the windows shut, you could hear the waves outside! Nancy was also very responsive and easy to reach! The area of Palmas Del Mar is very secure-I felt very comfortable running alone and found lots of routes to run (had a 10 mile run one day without looping). The restaurants back there are really good as well and there is a small market to get you started but Walmart is a quick 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this property! Can’t wait to go back!
